• 36 hoursto raise a return request after delivery
• 7 daysfor courier pickup after your return is approved
• 4–5 working daysfor your refund after we receive and inspect the item

Which Orders Qualify

You can request a return if you receive:

• A damaged or defective product
• A wrong item
• A missing item

Return requests must be made within 36 hours of delivery.

We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel. It helps us verify your claim quickly and smoothly, so please keep it until your request is resolved.

4. Inspection and refundAfter we receive and inspect the product, your refund is processed within 4–5 working days to your original payment method or bank account.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns if:

• The product is used or damaged by the customer
• The tags or original packaging are missing
• The return request is made after 36 hours of delivery

The returned product must be the same product we delivered. Returns where the product has been changed, or a dummy product is sent back, will not be refunded.
