At Mr. XXXL, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Parcel Opening Video

For a smooth and faster claim process, we strongly recommend customers:

Make a clear video while opening the parcel.

This helps us verify any damage, missing item, or wrong product issue quickly.

Without an unboxing video, refund or return approval may take longer.


Return Pickup Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Our delivery partner will arrange pickup within 7 days.
  • Please keep the product packed properly for courier pickup.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 4–5 working days.
  • Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns if:

  • Product is used or damaged by customer
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • Return request is made after 3 days of delivery
